Project Summary

The Module Sortation project focused on the development and integration of an automated industrial sorting system that combined mechanical equipment, electrical controls, pneumatic actuators, and operator interfaces into a single production platform. The system was designed to reliably move and process modules while providing operators with intuitive control and monitoring capabilities.

My work spanned multiple engineering disciplines, including mechanical design, electrical integration, pneumatic system development, sensor and actuator selection, user interface design, testing, and documentation. The project required close coordination between engineering teams and direct communication with the client throughout development, testing, and deployment.
